MakeItGIF is operated by Botify Network. Using the bot, the Studio Mini App, this website, or the desktop apps means you accept these terms.

The service

MakeItGIF converts media you supply into GIFs and related formats, and offers a local desktop app for organizing GIF collections. The free tier currently includes 5 conversions per day; limits and features may change as the product evolves, and /status in the chat always reflects the live values.

Premium

Premium is a subscription paid with Telegram Stars inside Telegram, on a fixed renewal period shown at checkout. Payment disputes and refund requests go through /paysupport, which follows Telegram's payment policies.

Acceptable use

Only convert media you have the right to use.
No illegal content, and no attempts to overload, probe, or abuse the service. Rate limits and bans exist and are enforced.

The bot and Studio run inside Telegram, so Telegram's own terms of service apply alongside these.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We validate outputs before delivery and aim for the service to be reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we aren't liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product grows; the current version always lives at this address.
